Egeturk Pastirma is air-dried beef with a deep, intense flavour and distinctive seasoning. The thin slices are tender and full of flavour, suiting both cold and hot dishes. A classic delicacy on the meze table.

How to enjoy it:

Meze: Arrange thin slices with olives, cheese and tomato.
Sandwich: Top freshly baked bread or add to a hot toastie.
With eggs: Fry the slices quickly and crack in eggs for breakfast.
Appetiser: Roll the slices around cream cheese or vegetables.
