At Etnomat we have Gemli olives, which are a type of black olive from the town of Gemlik in Turkey. They are known for their high oil content, special taste and where the olive flesh easily comes away from the core.

We have two types of tapenade in the assortment, tapenade with garlic and tapenade with chili pepper. The olives are mixed with salt and seasoned with garlic or chili pepper. Both olive mixes have a wonderful taste and saltiness and are an incredibly tasty accessory as a flavoring agent for pasta dishes, salads, soups or as a snack on crostini.
