Sera Kara Elmas in the handy 550 g size – black Gemlik olives with a high oil content, rich flavour and silky texture. The flesh comes away easily from the stone, so they are just as good straight from the jar as on pizza or in salads.
How to enjoy it:
Ingredients: black olives (Gemlik Black Diamond), salt, acidity regulator (E270), sunflower oil, preservatives (E202, E211).
Store in a cool place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and covered in brine.
