Black olives - Gemlik harness - dried

Gemlik Sele (kuru sele) are black olives dried in baskets with rock salt, which draws the water out of the fruit. The result is firm, wrinkled olives with an intense, concentrated flavour – a classic, high-quality breakfast olive.
How to enjoy it:
Ingredients: black olives (Gemlik, dried), salt, sunflower oil.
Store in a cool place. Once opened, keep refrigerated.
