Cumhuriyet kangal sausage 400g

Cumhuriyet kangal sucuk is a dry, spiced beef sausage with a bold flavour of garlic, black pepper, cumin and chilli. Kangal refers to the classic ring shape. Fry the slices in a dry pan until the fat melts and they turn juicy with crispy edges.

How to enjoy it:

• Sucuk with eggs: Fry the slices until the fat melts and crack eggs straight into the pan.
• Breakfast spread: Serve fried sucuk with cheese, olives and bread.
• Sucuk in bread: Fill bread with fried sucuk, tomato and green chilli.
• Grill & pide: Grill the whole ring or use as a topping on pide and pizza.
