Efe Pasa Parmak Sucuk is a slim, hot beef sucuk with an intense, spicy flavour. The finger-thick sausage is easy to slice and fries quickly to lovely crispy edges. An obvious choice for breakfast eggs, the grill and pizza.

How to enjoy it:

• Breakfast: Fry the slices in a dry pan and crack in eggs – classic sucuk with eggs.
• Grill: Grill whole sausages or halves until nicely coloured.
• Pizza & toasties: Sliced sucuk adds spicy heat to pizza and hot sandwiches.
• Stews: Adds depth and bite to bean and tomato stews.

Ingredients: beef (99 %), beef fat, cooking salt, spices, dextrose, maltodextrin, antioxidant (E301), flavour enhancer (E621), preservative (E250), acidifier (citric acid), spice extracts, starter culture.

Keep refrigerated (0–8 °C). Remove the casing before serving. Once opened, consume within 48 hours.
