Bosnian Kulen Sausage
Kulen is an air-dried, cold-smoked sausage with a coarse texture and a deep red colour. The flavour is spicy and full-bodied, with paprika, garlic and smokiness coming together in a long finish.
How to enjoy it:
Ingredients: beef 80 %, beef fat 15 %, salt, sugar, garlic, pepper, paprika, preservative E250, beef casing.
Keep refrigerated (0–8 °C).
