Efe Pasa dilim sucuk is ready-sliced, hot beef sucuk richly spiced with garlic and red pepper. The slices go straight into the pan and strike a fine balance between heat and flavour.

How to enjoy it:

Sucuk with eggs: Fry the slices in a pan without fat and crack eggs on top.
Toastie: Add fried slices to a cheese toastie.
