Sucuk - Kangal

Yörem Kangal Sucuk is a ring-shaped beef sucuk with a full flavour and well-balanced seasoning. Fried in slices, it develops crispy edges and releases an aromatic, spicy fat. Just as good on the grill as in hot dishes and on the breakfast table.

How to enjoy it:

• Sucuk with eggs: Fry slices in a dry pan and crack in eggs.
• Grill: Grill the ring whole or in pieces until nicely browned.
• Breakfast spread: Sliced and fried, with bread, olives and tomato.
• Hot dishes: Adds a spicy flavour to stews, rice and pasta dishes.

Ingredients: 95 g beef per 100 g finished product, spice mix, dextrose, antioxidant: E316, colour: E162, cooking salt, preservative: E250.

Keep refrigerated (0–8 °C). Remove the casing before serving. Once opened, consume within 48 hours.
