Bosnian Sudzuk with garlic
Sudzuk with garlic is a cold-smoked, air-dried beef sausage with an intense flavour of garlic, pepper and paprika. Slow drying gives it a dense, firm texture. Enjoy it cold in thin slices or fried for breakfast.
How to enjoy it:
Ingredients: beef 80 %, beef fat 15 %, salt, sugar, garlic, pepper, paprika, preservative E250, beef casing.
Keep refrigerated (0–8 °C).
