Yörem sucuk is a classic beef sausage packed with spices and aromas and a wonderfully full flavour. Fried in slices, it gets crispy edges and a flavourful spiced fat. Perfect for breakfast, the grill and hot dishes.
How to enjoy it:
Ingredients: 95 g beef per 100 g finished product, spice mix, dextrose, antioxidant: E316, colour: E162, cooking salt, preservative: E250.
Keep refrigerated (0–8 °C). Remove the casing before serving. Once opened, consume within 48 hours.
