Sudzuk with paprika is a cold-smoked, air-dried beef sausage with a deep red colour and a rich, hearty flavour. The drying gives it a firm texture and a concentrated taste where smokiness meets the mild heat of paprika and a clear note of garlic.

How to enjoy it:

Meze: Slice thinly and serve with white cheese, olives and freshly baked bread.
Breakfast: Fry the slices lightly in a dry pan and serve with eggs.
Stews: Dice into bean soup or stews for a deep, smoky flavour.
Charcuterie board: Pair with hard cheese, pickled vegetables and ajvar.
