Ashoka Tamarind Concentrate 475g
Ashoka's concentrate is made from tamarind pulp and water – a handy alternative to dried tamarind blocks that need soaking and straining. The flavour is tangy, fruity and deep, and works in everything from Indian chutneys to Asian stir-fries and Middle Eastern stews.
