Lobo Satay Seasoning Mix 100g

Lobo's satay blend is made for marinating chicken or meat skewers in classic Asian style. Peanuts, lemongrass, turmeric, coriander and kaffir lime leaves give a sweet, nutty and aromatic flavour with gentle heat and a beautiful golden colour.

How to enjoy it:

• Marinade: Mix with oil or coconut milk and toss with sliced meat.
• Skewers: Thread onto skewers and grill or fry until browned.
• Serving: With peanut sauce, cucumber salad and rice.
• Stir-fry: Season stir-fried chicken or tofu for a quick satay flavour.
