Lobo Roast Red Pork Seasoning Mix 100g

Lobo's seasoning mix is made for cooking classic Asian-style roast red pork. The blend is sweet and salty with warm notes of star anise and cinnamon, and colours the meat a beautiful red. A mild flavour the whole family will enjoy.

How to enjoy it:

• Marinade: Mix with a little water and rub into pork loin or belly.
• Oven: Roast until the surface is glossy and caramelised.
• Serving: Slice thinly and serve with rice and cucumber.
• Noodles and buns: Top noodle soup or fill steamed buns.

Ingredients: sugar 68 %, salt 19 %, hydrolysed vegetable protein (soybeans, maize, maltodextrin) 8.5 %, spices (star anise, cinnamon) 2.5 %, tricalcium phosphate, colours (paprika extract, carmine), beetroot powder.
