Flour made from one hundred percent chickpeas. A flour that is incredibly rich in proteins and minerals. Fits in many different dishes and variations.
As much as 22 g of protein per 100 g of flour is not bad. The equivalent in wheat flour is only 10 g. This makes chickpea flour excellent for mixing in vegetable patties or in the morning banana pancake.
It is great to bake with chickpea flour and best of all for many is that it is gluten-free. In a. pancakes, it is possible to replace the flour directly.
If you make a chickpea pancake or sweet pancakes with chickpea flour, you don't have to wait for the batter to set. Just mix and straight into the pan, very few ingredients are needed too.
