Shan Tikka Seekh Kabab Spice Mix 50g

A spice mix for BBQ-style grilling: chicken, beef or other meats marinated and grilled on skewers. Chilli, long pepper, star anise, allspice and black cumin give a deep, rich flavour and juicy, well-seasoned meat.

How to enjoy it:

• Marinade: Mix the spice mix with yoghurt or oil and leave the meat to marinate.
• Grill: Thread onto skewers and grill until the meat is cooked through and nicely browned.
• Meat: Ideal with chicken, beef, lamb and mince.
• Serving: Serve with naan, onion, lemon and chutney.

Ingredients: red chilli, salt, paprika, coriander, melon seeds, ginger, garlic, black pepper, star anise, dried onion, long pepper, allspice, black cumin, green cardamom, bay leaves, disodium diphosphate, citric acid, maltodextrin, hydrolysed soy protein, cane sugar, rapeseed oil, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, dried papaya powder.
