Melina All-Purpose Seasoning is a spice mix with dried carrots, parsnip, onion and celery, rounded off with parsley, paprika and garlic. Just one teaspoon gives soups, stews and sauces a rich, stock-like base flavour. The 1 kg catering pack lasts a long time – perfect for restaurant kitchens and large households.

How to enjoy it:

• Dosage: About 1 tsp (3 g) per portion, roughly 2.5 dl of food.
• Soups and stews: Add during cooking for a deeper flavour.
• Grilling: Sprinkle over meat, chicken or vegetables before grilling.
• Rice and potatoes: Season the cooking water or roast potatoes.
