Aleppo pepper mild (Pul Biber) 150g – an iconic Turkish and Syrian chilli flake with mild heat, fruity flavour and smoky undertones. Sun-dried and lightly oiled for extra depth and gloss. An indispensable spice in Turkish, Syrian and Lebanese cooking.

What makes Aleppo pepper unique is its balance – gentle heat that brings out a deeply fruity flavour with notes of sun-dried tomatoes and a hint of smokiness.

Use for:

  • Pizza, pasta and avocado toast – sprinkle on just before serving
  • Turkish eggs (Çılbir) and fried eggs
  • Marinades for chicken, lamb and kebab
  • Hummus, meze, soups and stews
