Aleppo pepper mild (Pul Biber) 150g – an iconic Turkish and Syrian chilli flake with mild heat, fruity flavour and smoky undertones. Sun-dried and lightly oiled for extra depth and gloss. An indispensable spice in Turkish, Syrian and Lebanese cooking.
