A well-balanced BBQ seasoning with sweet paprika, garlic, onion, oregano, thyme and a touch of chilli. It gives meat and vegetables a deep, rich flavour and caramelises beautifully on the surface over high heat – inspired by the grilling traditions of the Mediterranean and the Balkans.

How to enjoy it:

  • Rub: Pat the seasoning onto beef, pork or chicken before grilling.
  • Marinade: Mix with olive oil and a squeeze of lemon for skewers and chops.
  • Sides: Sprinkle over roast potatoes, chips or grilled corn.
  • Vegetables: Season halloumi, peppers and courgette before grilling.
