TRS whole dried chillies are small, deep red and extra hot. Whole chillies release their flavour and heat slowly, and you control the strength yourself by using them whole or crushed.

How to enjoy it:

  • Tadka and curry: Fry 1–2 chillies in hot oil before adding the other spices.
  • Stir-fries: Gives noodles and wok dishes a fiery base.
  • Chilli oil: Crush and infuse in warm oil – drizzle over almost anything.
  • Tip: Remove the seeds if you want to tone down the heat.
