Aleppo pepper (Pul Biber) 250g – the classic Middle Eastern chilli flake spice in a practical bulk pack. Iconic in Turkish, Syrian and Lebanese cooking with mild heat and fruity, smoky undertones.
Sun-dried and lightly oiled for extra depth and preserved aroma. Balances heat, sweetness and acidity in a way that makes it impossible to replace with ordinary chilli flakes.
