TRS citric acid is a pure white powder with a fresh, tart taste. In the kitchen it adds zing to cordials, jams, marmalades and pickles – and around the home it is an affordable descaler.

How to enjoy it:

  • Cordials and jams: Adds fresh acidity and helps them keep longer.
  • Pickles and dressings: A dry alternative to lemon juice.
  • Baking and sweets: Gives a tangy flavour to sweets, icing and pastries.
  • Descaling: Dissolve 1–2 tbsp in water and run through the coffee maker or kettle.
