TRS Garam Masala is a warm and aromatic blend of coriander, cumin, ginger, black pepper, cinnamon, cardamom and nutmeg, among others. Garam means warm – the blend gives a dish depth and fragrance rather than heat.

How to enjoy it:

  • Curry and stews: Stir in a teaspoon towards the end of cooking.
  • Tikka masala and korma: Gives creamy sauces a restaurant-style flavour.
  • Marinades: Mix with yoghurt, garlic and ginger for chicken.
  • Dal and rice: Season dal, biryani and pulao.
