Curry paste yellow
Yellow curry paste from Mae Ploy. Classic Thai curry paste with yellow chili as a base. Used as a flavoring agent in stir-fries, in stews with coconut milk and in soups. The paste is aromatic and hot and 1-2 teaspoons are usually enough to get the taste. The yellow curry paste is stronger than the red curry paste and weaker than the green.
Completely without MSG additives, preservatives or artificial colors.
Ingredients: lemongrass 23%, garlic 18.5%, shallots 18.5%, salt 15%, galangal 8.5%, dried red chili 7.5%, coriander seeds 3.5%, lime peel 2.5%, cumin 1%, cinnamon 0.5%, nutmeg 0.5%, turmeric 0.5%, cardamom 0.5%. Store in refrigerator after opening.
