Shan Karahi Spice Mix 50g

Karahi is a spicy curry cooked in a deep pan with meat, tomatoes, onion, ginger and garlic. Shan's mix brings heat from chilli, smokiness from black cardamom and aroma from fenugreek leaves – a rich sauce you can dose to taste.

How to enjoy it:

• Cooking: Fry the spice mix with meat and tomato, and simmer until the meat is tender.
• Meat: Suits chicken, lamb and beef.
• Strength: Adjust the amount of spice mix to how hot you like it.
• Serving: Top with ginger, green chilli and coriander and serve with naan.

Ingredients: red chilli, paprika, salt, brown cardamom, garlic, coriander, fenugreek leaves, green cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, cumin, bay leaves, onion, ajowan, dried papaya powder, maltodextrin, hydrolysed soy protein, cane sugar, rapeseed oil, acid: citric acid, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.
