Shan Chicken Masala Spice Mix 100g

The larger box of Shan's Chicken Masala gives you spice for many batches of chicken curry. Cooked in a creamy yoghurt sauce, the chicken turns out juicy and full of flavour – star anise, cinnamon and cardamom add warmth and depth, the chilli just the right heat.

How to enjoy it:

• Brown: Fry the onion until golden and add the chicken pieces.
• Spice: Stir in the spice mix, tomato and yoghurt.
• Simmer: Cook gently until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce creamy.
• Serving: With rice, naan and fresh coriander.

Ingredients: red chilli, salt, turmeric, star anise, coriander, cinnamon, cumin, brown cardamom, ajowan, black pepper, fenugreek seeds, bay leaves, cloves, green cardamom, ginger, garlic, maltodextrin, hydrolysed soy protein, cane sugar, rapeseed oil, canola oil, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.
