Ingredients: sugar, shallot, garlic, soy oil 15%, dried chili 13%, fish sauce (anchovy extract, salt, sugar), tamarind, spices, flavor enhancer (monosodium glutamate E621, disodium-5, inosinate E631disodium-5, guanylate E627), color (paprika oleoresin E160c).
