Köfte spice mix makes it easy to cook juicy, spicy meatballs and patties. Breadcrumbs and semolina give a good texture, while paprika, black pepper, chilli, mint, coriander and cinnamon add a warm, herby flavour. Just mix with mince and grated onion.

How to enjoy it:

Köfte: Mix with minced beef or lamb and grated onion, shape and fry.
Skewers: Shape the mince around skewers and grill until browned.
Serving: Serve with bulgur, salad, yoghurt sauce and bread.
Plant-based mince: Give plant-based mince or lentil patties a spicy touch.

Ingredients: breadcrumbs (wheat), paprika, semolina (wheat), spice blend (black pepper, chilli, coriander, yeast extract, mint, cinnamon), onion, spinach.

Store in a dry place.
