Runa Abkhazian Adjika 212g – Hot

Adjika is a classic hot seasoning sauce with roots in the mountain kitchens between the Black and Caspian Seas. Runa's version is built on tomato purée, sweet pepper and garlic with coriander, fenugreek, basil and summer savory – full-bodied, hot and packed with herby aromas.

How to enjoy it:

• With grilled food: Serve with meat, fish or grilled vegetables.
• Soups and stews: Stir in a spoonful for heat and depth.
• Marinade: Mix with oil and brush onto chicken or pork.
• Dip: Dunk bread in it or use as a hot ketchup.

Ingredients: drinking water, tomato purée (36 %), sugar, table salt, dried vegetables (sweet pepper, garlic), spices (parsnip 1.9 %, parsley root, coriander, fenugreek, basil, summer savory), acidity regulator: acetic acid, chilli pepper extract (0.03 %).

May contain traces of mustard. Once opened, keep refrigerated.
