Shan Meat Masala 100g

Meat Masala is an all-round spice for meat curry with lamb, beef or chicken. Chilli and paprika bring warmth and colour, while two kinds of cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, nigella and fenugreek build a deep, rounded flavour.

How to enjoy it:

• Cooking: Fry the spice mix with the meat for a deep, roasted flavour.
• Simmer: Add water or stock and cook until the meat is tender.
