Shan Achar Gosht Spice Mix 50g

Achar gosht is a spicy meat curry named after its pickle-like flavour – achar means pickle. Shan's mix of red chilli, fennel, fenugreek leaves, black cumin and allspice gives a hot, tangy and deeply aromatic sauce.

How to enjoy it:

• Cooking: Brown the meat, then add onion, tomato and the spice mix.
• Simmer: Add water and cook gently until the meat is tender.
• Serving: With naan bread, roti or basmati rice.
• Meat: Suits lamb, beef, goat or chicken.

Ingredients: red chilli, salt, turmeric, coriander, fennel, fenugreek leaves, cumin, cinnamon, bay leaves, allspice, black cumin, black pepper, ginger, green cardamom, maltodextrin, hydrolysed soy protein, acid: citric acid, cane sugar, rapeseed oil, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.

May contain traces of sulphites, sesame, mustard, gluten and tree nuts.
