Tamarind concentrate

Tamarind concentrate from Cock Brand. Tamarind concentrate is a thick dark paste that is easier to use than tamarind paste. You dilute the thick concentrate with water and can use in recipes that call for tamarind paste.

Add 2 parts water to 1 part concentrate and stir until mixed. If your recipe calls for 3 tablespoons tamarind paste: mix 1 tablespoon tamarind concentrate and 2 tablespoons water.

Ingredients: Tamarind 80%, water, preservative (E211).
