Aliño is a Latin American seasoning base that is two-thirds onion, rounded off with cumin, garlic and salt. It gives dishes a full, aromatic base flavour in seconds. Perfect when you want depth in your cooking without chopping and frying.

How to enjoy it:

  • Marinade: Rub into meat or seafood before frying or grilling.
  • Ceviche: Stir a spoonful into the lime marinade for extra depth.
  • Potatoes: Mix with oil and toss potato wedges before roasting.
  • Dressings & sauces: Use as a flavour base in dressings, sauces and creams.

Ingredients: onion 65%, water, salt, cumin, garlic, stabiliser E415, acidity regulator E330, preservative E211.

Once opened, keep refrigerated.
