Biola-cheese Ezine cheese (Ezine peyniri), made from a perfect blend of goat and sheep milk, offers an authentic taste of the lush Ezine plateaus of Turkey. This cheese is produced only during spring and summer (March-August) when the animals graze on herb-rich pastures filled with thyme and other aromatic plants.

Only natural yeast and table salt are added to create this high-quality product, made in strictly hygienic environments.

The cheese is aged in cold storage for at least 9-12 months to develop its rich flavor and soft texture. Made with the traditional Şirden Mayası (natural rennet), which contributes to its authentic character and rich flavor profile.

Use: Perfect as part of a cheese board, in salads or as an accompaniment to traditional dishes. Its full-bodied flavor also makes it ideal as a spread on bread or as a flavorful addition to meze.
