Cumhuriyet parmak sucuk in 500 g is a handy everyday pack of short, finger-thick beef sausages. The flavour is bold with garlic, black pepper, cumin and chilli, and the pieces need no slicing before frying.

How to enjoy it:

  • Breakfast: Fry whole pieces in a dry pan and serve with cheese and olives.
  • Sucuk with eggs: Crack eggs over the fried sucuk in the pan.
  • Pide: Place the pieces on the pide dough and bake in the oven.
  • Grill: Put straight on the grill – they hold their shape.

Ingredients: beef, beef fat, salt, spices, garlic, dextrose, antioxidant: E301, preservative: E250, spice extracts, starter culture.

Keep refrigerated (0–8 °C). Once opened, consume within 3 days. Halal-checked.
