Korma 100g

Shan Korma Mix is a spice mix specially formulated to help you recreate the authentic taste of Korma, a mild Indian stew usually based on lamb or chicken in a yogurt sauce. Korma is a popular dish from the Indian subcontinent and is known for its rich and creamy flavors.

Shan Korma Mix contains a well-balanced combination of spices and flavorings to give the Korma dish its characteristic taste. The spice mix may contain ingredients such as cinnamon, cardamom, cumin, coriander, yogurt and other aromatic spices.

To use Shan Korma Mix, follow the instructions on the package. Usually it involves frying the spice mix along with the meat and onions to allow the flavors to develop. Yogurt or cream is then added to create the creamy sauce and the dish is simmered until the meat is tender and the flavors have blended well.

The result is a mild and creamy Korma dish with a perfect balance of spices and a smooth yogurt sauce. You can customize the strength of the Korma dish by adjusting the amount of spice mix and adding more or less spices according to your own taste preference.
