TRS tamarind concentrate is a thick, dark paste with 80% tamarind and a distinctive balance of fruity sweetness and tang. A little goes a long way – perfect for curries, chutneys and Asian sauces.

How to enjoy it:

  • Curry: Gives curries and dal a fresh tang.
  • Pad thai: A key flavour in pad thai sauce and stir-fries.
  • Chutney: Mix with sugar and spices for tamarind chutney.
