A tangy, herby chimichurri paste with vinegar, garlic, oregano and basil as its base. It soaks quickly into meat as a marinade while adding a fresh acidity that cuts through rich barbecue flavours. Also use it to season sauces and stews.

How to enjoy it:

Marinade: Rub into meat, chicken or seafood and leave to infuse before cooking.
Over grilled food: Drizzle over steak, sausages or grilled vegetables.
Dressing: Stir with oil for a quick herb dressing.
In sauces: Stir a spoonful into stews or pan sauces for tang and herbiness.
