Sera acuka is a creamy muhammara-style pepper spread with walnuts, hazelnuts, garlic, cumin and thyme. Mild yet full of flavour – a must on the meze table and just as good on a sandwich.

How to enjoy it:

Meze: Serve with pitta bread, olives and feta.
Grill: With grilled meat, chicken and vegetables.
Sandwiches: Spread on bread or in wraps.
Stews: Stir in a spoonful for extra pepper flavour.

Ingredients: pepper paste (pepper, salt) 40%, tomato paste (tomato) 19%, walnuts 7%, hazelnuts 4%, sunflower oil, garlic, salt, sugar, coriander, thyme, cumin, black pepper, acidity regulator (E330), preservatives (E202, E211).

Store at room temperature. Once opened, keep refrigerated.
