Acuka Hot Pepper Spread – Muhammara Style 350g

Hot acuka is a creamy muhammara-style pepper spread made from hot pepper paste, tomato, walnuts and hazelnuts, seasoned with garlic, cumin and thyme. Properly spicy and full of flavour – for anyone who wants more heat on the meze table.

How to enjoy it:

• Meze: Serve with pitta bread, olives and feta.
• Grill: A hot side for grilled meat, chicken and köfte.
• Sandwiches: Spread on bread or in wraps for a spicy kick.
• Dip: Mix with a little yoghurt for a milder dip.

Ingredients: hot pepper paste (pepper, salt) 45%, tomato paste (tomato) 35%, walnuts 7%, hazelnuts 4%, sunflower oil, garlic, salt, sugar, coriander, thyme, cumin, black pepper, acidity regulator (E330), preservatives (E202, E211).

Store at room temperature. Once opened, keep refrigerated.
