Maekrua oyster sauce contains a full 30 % oyster extract and has a rich, smooth texture. It gives stir-fries, noodles and sauces a deep umami flavour and balanced saltiness. A splash at the end of cooking makes all the difference.

How to enjoy it:

Stir-fry: Stir into stir-fried meat and vegetables for deep flavour.
Marinades: Marinate meat, chicken or tofu.
Noodles: Season fried noodles and noodle soups.
Vegetables: Drizzle over steamed green vegetables with garlic.
