Samyang Buldak sauce is the classic "fire chicken" in a bottle – powerful chilli heat balanced with chicken flavour, garlic and onion. Perfect for making homemade buldak chicken or hot noodles.

How to enjoy it:

• Buldak chicken: Toss fried chicken in the sauce and top with cheese.
• Noodles: Mix with cooked noodles for hot stir-fried noodles.
• Marinade: For chicken, tofu or vegetables before frying.
• Rice: Drizzle over fried rice and rice bowls.
