TRS whole coriander seeds have a mild, citrus-fresh and slightly sweet aroma that deepens when toasted. Whole seeds keep their fragrance longer – toast and grind them yourself for the most aromatic spice.

How to enjoy it:

  • Curry and tadka: Toast, crush and fry with cumin.
  • Pickling: Gives pickled herring, cucumber and red onion a fresh note.
  • Bread: Crush coarsely and sprinkle into the dough or over the loaf.
