Anthemia is an aromatic Greek honey from flowers and citrus blossom, with a balanced flavour and a lovely sweet impression. It is mild enough for everyday use yet has a distinct fruity note from the citrus. The large 900g jar lasts a long time in the kitchen.
How to enjoy it:
Ingredients: Greek blossom honey.
Store in a dry place at room temperature. Honey crystallises over time – gently warm the jar in a water bath to make it runny again.
