Attiki is a classic Greek honey blending wildflower, herb, forest and thyme honey into a rounded, full-bodied and aromatic flavour. The golden honey has a gentle sweetness with herbal notes and is just as at home on the breakfast table as in the kitchen. The generous 1kg jar lasts a long time if you use honey every day.

How to enjoy it:

• Breakfast: Drizzle over Greek yoghurt with walnuts, or over porridge and muesli.
• With cheese: Serve with feta, halloumi or mature hard cheeses.
• Baking: Use in baklava, biscuits, honey cake and bread.
• Cooking: Glaze chicken or root vegetables and sweeten dressings.
