Thyme honey - A lovely Greek honey with nectar from Thyme. The aroma is herbal and somewhat fruity, and the unique taste comes from the semi-arid climate of eastern Crete. Our raw and unfiltered honey was harvested for a whole month by our nomadic honey bees who foraged exclusively on the nectar of the flowering wild thyme that covered the ground with an intense violet veil.
It is this exclusive honey that gives a strong and lovely herbal aroma. Experience the tasty Cretan thyme honey and enjoy its robust aroma and unique taste.
