Thyme Honey 450g

Thyme honey is made from the nectar of flowering wild thyme and has a herbal, slightly fruity scent with a strong, delightful aroma. The honey is raw and unfiltered, harvested during the single month when the thyme is in bloom. A classic Mediterranean honey that shines wherever its flavour can take centre stage.

How to enjoy it:

• With yoghurt: Drizzle over thick yoghurt and top with walnuts.
• With cheese: Wonderful with feta, halloumi and goat's cheese.
• Baking: Flavour baklava, loukoumades and honey cakes.
• Cooking: Stir into a dressing with lemon and olive oil.

Store in a dry place at room temperature. Honey crystallises over time – gently warm the jar in a water bath to make it runny again.
