Pine honey is harvested in autumn from honeydew in pine forests, giving a thick, dark honey with rich aromas. The flavour is robust with subtle earthy notes and a gentle sweetness that never takes over. Raw and unrefined – a full-flavoured honey in a handy jar.
How to enjoy it:
Ingredients: 100% pine honey.
Store in a dry place at room temperature. Honey crystallises over time – gently warm the jar in a water bath to make it runny again.
