Shan Chicken Broast Mix 125g

Chicken Broast is tender, juicy chicken deep-fried until the coating turns golden brown and crispy. Shan's mix seasons with chilli, garlic, ginger and cumin and contains flour that gives the coating its crunch.

How to enjoy it:

• Marinating: Mix the spice mix with the chicken pieces and leave to marinate so the flavour penetrates.
• Coating: Dip the chicken in egg or flour mixture as directed on the packet.
• Frying: Fry in hot oil until the pieces are golden brown, crispy and cooked through.
• Serving: Serve as a snack or dinner with salad, chips and dipping sauces.
